Exchanges and Refunds

Since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel / make any changes to the actual shirt color / size.

If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation.

Returns:

For customized items-

Since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel / make any changes to the actual shirt color / size.

If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation.

For regular items-

Within 7 Days - You must return your product within 7 days of the product being received
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at alicia@beenthinkinaboutdesigns.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Return & Refund Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Return & Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.




To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
